Juggling Vaudeville Posters
We’re always on the lookout for good juggling paraphernalia. You know; t-shirts, stickers, posters, bags . . . anything that helps you declare that you’re a member of the Juggling Subculture.
Recently we stumbled upon some great old timey juggling Vaudeville posters on Zazzle.com.
These would be a great addition to any jugglers practice room, office, dorm room wall, or anywhere.
Also, if you like juggling posters, check out these posters that we commissioned from the famous Hatch Show Print in Nashville, TN.

1 commentZipcode Man: Juggler Turned Memory Artist
David Rosdeitcher is one of those people you hear about whenever you say you’re a street performer. It usually goes like this:
“You street perform? I once saw a guy who could tell everyone in the audience what their zip code was. It was amazing! Can you do that?!”
It’s always a little humbling.
Here’s an article about Zipcode Man and how he got his start as a street performing juggler before finding his niche as a memorization phenomenon.
Makes you wonder what skill you have that could turn your act into something truly different and amazing.

Even if you didn’t shell out the $10 to buy Wes Peden’s Expectations, you’ll enjoy watching him answer questions about the creative process he went through to create the video. The inisight is priceless; especially for all of us hoping to make creative juggling videos ourselves.
Watch the questions and answer video here.
(You can see Wes’ influence popping up all over the juggling subculture. Tony Pezzo’s latest video–although showing off Tony’s individual style–seems to have some Wes Peden qualities to it. Chick out Tony’s video here.)

Here are two videos from the popular Discovery Channel series Time Warp. The first is juggler Mad Chad Taylor juggling chainsaws. The second is the master himself, Anthony Gatto, showing off some of his signature skills. The super slow motion photography captures juggling from a whole new perspective.

Any juggler would be proud to practice, perform, or just be seen in either of these new designs which definitely step it up in the design department.
(Maybe the guys at Dube were inspired by jugglingfashion.com!)

Bela Kremo, a famous Swiss juggler, taught all of his children the family business of juggling, but only Kris Kremo stuck with it as a profession. Kris went on to perfect a simple but crowd-pleasing routine with three hats, three balls, and cigar boxes that has won him numerous awards and the chance to perform in front of royalty around the world. His expert manipulation of these basic props, along with a great sense of comedic timing, has made this fairly basic routine an extraordinary success.

The essence of Francis Brunn’s juggling is control. He uses whole-body athletiscism and flexibility to manipulate, balance and build great combination tricks the like of which we don’t see too often today.
Here’s a clip from The Jack Benny Show where Brunn demonstrates his skills as the comedian pokes fun at his flamboyant performance style.

Threadless.com describes itself as “an on-going t-shirt design competition.” Designs are submitted and then put up for others to score. The designs with the highest scores get printed and sold.
Someone in the juggling subculture recently submitted a design with a bunch of juggling props falling to the ground. Since we recently posted about some hip juggling t-shirts, we though we’d bring this to everyone’s attention.
Log in and rate this juggling shirt so that it can make it into production.
